Deactivating Account – What if I want to cancel service?

If you wish to cancel your service, please review the full details in the Terms section. There are two ways to deactivate your account, and both achieve the same result.

1. Go to the Subscription section in the main menu and click Cancel Subscription.
2. Go to the Sales Orders section under Subscription, open your active order, and select Cancel Order.
   Once your account is deactivated, you will lose access to your unit data and monitoring features.
