The main screen provides a detailed snapshot of your system’s current operating data — it is not a live, continuously updating view. To refresh the information, see the “Refresh Data” option.
At the top of the screen is the Overview Section, showing your system’s current mode:
- Idle means your HVAC system is on but not in full operation. Data will not update until the system is running.
- Cooling or Heating indicates that the system is in full operation and live data is being displayed.
You’ll also see Run Time, which shows how long the system has been running in full operation since midnight.
The Device Overview Section provides real-time measurements:
- Indoor Temperature: The air temperature measured at your return or intake vent. It may differ slightly from your thermostat reading based on sensor placement.
- Indoor Humidity: The humidity level measured at your return or intake, which can also vary slightly from your thermostat.
- IAQ (Indoor Air Quality): A measure of how clean and healthy the air in your home is. It accounts for factors such as humidity, carbon dioxide, and airborne particles. This value fluctuates throughout the day based on activities in and around your home. An IAQ reading below 150 is considered normal, and the lower the value, the cleaner the air.
- Delta T (ΔT): The temperature difference between your supply air and return air — essentially how much your system cools or heats the air as it moves through. A normal cooling Delta T is 16–22°F, and a normal heating Delta T is 25–35°F. Values outside these ranges may indicate low refrigerant, dirty filters, or restricted airflow.
- Filter Status: Indicates how well your air filter is performing compared to when the system was originally calibrated. Higher values mean better airflow, while lower numbers suggest the filter is becoming dirty and may need replacement soon.
- Tonnage: Reflects your system’s cooling capacity. The closer the displayed tonnage is to your system’s rated capacity, the better your system is performing.
- Power Consumption: Displays how much power the system has used for the day. This includes power consumed during startup or defrost cycles, so even if runtime shows zero, you may still see some power usage. Short cycling or mild outdoor conditions can also cause this behavior.
At the bottom of the screen is the All Units Section, which gives you a quick overview of all your connected systems and their most recent data.
