The Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) measures how much cooling you get per watt of electricity. When Chatterbox’s live data shows EER dropping below factory spec, we know the system’s losing efficiency.
That could mean a dirty coil, weak airflow, or refrigerant imbalance.
